The Nimsoft Mobile App provides a convenient way for Nimsoft customers using a iPhone, iTouch or iPad to view the health of their IT infrastructure and services. The app provides access to the Nimsoft Unified Manager through the Unified Management Portal (UMP). It supports multi-tenancy allowing MSP’s to provide the app directly to their customers.
From the app, customers can view business service or IT infrastructure dashboards, reports or manage Alarms (i.e. view, assign an alarm and acknowledge an alarm, etc.) from anywhere in the world. Custom dashboards allow customers to view performance and availability information of IT infrastructure and services. The customer can configure these rich dashboards to their needs in UMP.
The Nimsoft Mobile App is a client only and requires a functioning Nimsoft Monitor) installation (version 5.6 or later) as well as the UMP (version 2.6 or later), with the mobile web services component deployed. The Nimsoft mobile web services component is available from the Nimsoft Support site. For versions 2.5.2 or below please use the Nimsoft iPhone App 1.2.
